Choose from our three tiers: Intimate • Classic • Grand — all crafted to create unforgettable moments.

All Packages Include:

  • Exclusive use of all gardens, ceremony sites, and reception marquee 

  • Elegant white marquee tent with string lighting, chandeliers, dance floor, and tables 

  • White padded chairs, guest tables, cocktail tables, serving tables and table coverings 

  • Licensed bar with certified bartenders 

  • Bride’s cottage for wedding party preparations 

  • Dedicated coordinator and venue assistant 

  • Full use of décor collection for ceremony and reception 

  • Premium outdoor washroom facilities 

  • Access to all photo areas (pond, waterfall, gardens, courtyard, orchard)

Intimate Package

  • For intimate events, weddings or vow renewals (up to 20 guests) 

  • Available: Sunday–Thursday only 

  • Access Time: 4 hours total    (3pm–7pm)

  • For mid-size events or weddings (up to 75 guests) 

  • Available: Sunday–Thursday only 

  • Access Time: 6 hours             (3pm–9pm)

Grand Package 

​

  • For large weddings or luxury celebrations (up to 200 guests) 

  • Available: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 

  • Access Time: Full Day             (9am-12am) 

 

Peak Season:

   Friday and Sunday: $8,995

   Saturday: $10,995

Bar Service Packages​

All in-house packages include certified bartenders, setup, glassware, ice, bar licensing, and insurance. 

Water, coffee, and tea service are provided throughout.

Basic Bar Package

A simple and elegant selection perfect for intimate celebrations and budget-friendly gatherings.

Includes: 

  • Choice of 2 domestic beers 

  • House red & white wines 

  • 1 cider option 

  • 1 non-alcoholic beer 

  • Soft drinks and juices 

  • Water, coffee, and tea service 

  • Ice, glassware, setup, and bar licensing â€‹

  • Wine: Peller Estates Chardonnay & Merlot (Ontario VQA) 

  • Cider: Growers or Thornbury Cider (can)

  • Non-Alcoholic: Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Ginger Ale, Tonic, Soda, Orange & Cranberry Juice

  • $40 per guest (5 hours of service) 

  • Additional hour: $7 per guest/hour

​A well-rounded bar experience featuring popular domestic brands and standard spirits.

Includes: 

  • Domestic beers & ciders 

  • House wines (red & white) 

  • Standard spirits 

  • Non-alcoholic beer, soft drinks, juices, coffee & tea 

  • Full bar setup, glassware, ice, and licensing

  • Beer: Coors Light, Budweiser, Molson Canadian 

  • Wine: Jackson-Triggs Chardonnay & Cabernet Sauvignon (Ontario VQA) 

  • Cider: Thornbury Cider 

  • Spirits: Smirnoff Vodka, Bacardi White Rum, Beefeater Gin, Canadian Club Whisky 

  • Non-Alcoholic Beer: Corona 0.0

 

Pricing: 

  • $50 per guest (5 hours of service) 

  • Additional hour: $8 per guest/hour

Elevate your celebration with premium selections, custom cocktails, and personalized service. 

 

Includes: 

  • All Classic Package inclusions 

  • Premium & imported beers 

  • Premium wines curated for your event 

  • Top-shelf spirits 

  • Two signature cocktails designed with the couple 

  • Prosecco toast 

  • Premium garnish station (fresh fruit, herbs, syrups)

  • Beer: Stella Artois, Heineken, Corona, or Local Craft Beer (e.g., Muddy York, Old Flame, or Church-Key) 

  • Wine: Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc, Josh Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon, Rosé option (e.g., Sandbanks Rosé) 

  • Spirits: Grey Goose Vodka, Hendrick’s Gin, Crown Royal, Bacardi 8, Casamigos Tequila 

  • Signature Cocktails: Raspberry Mojito, Rosemary Gin Fizz, Appletini

  • Non-Alcoholic Options: Heineken 0.0, premium sodas, fruit-infused waters
